We’re back with another update designed to make your spotting as smooth as smooth as possible. With brand-new map layout with new variations, scrape highlights and better visuals for finding airports as well as background maintenance.

🗺️ New map provider

Bringing a better map expereince

With this new map look you have more options on which variants you want to use including a compass to orientate your map.

You can adjust to your liking by editing the variant in map settings under profile.

Variants include (From left to right): Satelite, Hybrid, Roadmap, Terrain, Dark and Light.

🎨Identifying Scrapes

When viewing a list of sightings you’ll now be able to identify which sightings were seen as scrapes.

📍Airport Pin Highlight

Not sure where exactly the airport is on the map when you search for it? Now we've made it easier for you to identify where they are by highlighting them. 

🐛 Maintenance & Performance

• Search Sightings – Fixed a bug where sightings weren’t being recognised if searched in lowercase.

• Edit sightings - Fixed a bug where if you edited a sighting you had to refresh to see the change or the change wasn’t appearing altogether.

• View image added - When the en route filter was on you couldn’t see the images that were added to sightings, now you can!

• Inactive log in - Forgot to update your payment method? You’ll still be able to log in to your account making it easier to update your details.
