Version 4.3.0 is dropping this Friday 5th of September 2025, bringing a smoother spotting experience, powerful new image tools, and a few long-awaited fixes. Here’s what’s new:

🔍 Image Preview in Upload Modal

Before you hit submit, you’ll now see a preview of the image you’re uploading—making it easier to check you’ve got the right shot.

📊 Improved Sightings Table

We’ve given the sightings table a refresh to make browsing your logbook smoother and more intuitive.

• New fixed columns for improved readability

• Quick actions to upload images and edit sightings on the spot

📸 Upload Images from the Sightings Table

You can now upload images directly from the sightings table, using the same upload modal you’re already familiar with on the map. We’ve also added a new column that shows whether a sighting is linked to a result or not—making it easier to keep track.

🐛 Fixes & Improvements

• Aircraft details now refresh more reliably after logging new sightings.

• Backend syncing for sightings is faster and more consistent across devices.

• Small performance tweaks to image rendering in modals and on aircraft cards.

• fixed screen freezing issue on the map screen.
